WHY exactly are you on this?!

im new here, so sorry if i didn't make any proper introductions first :)

so, quick question. im writing my first care plan, and i have to be able to give the reason why my pt was on Keflex and Cipro. i cannot find any reason why! i wrote down all the information i could on the chart the other day, and i havent been able to think of anything that would be wrong with him that he would need two antibiotics. his admitting diagnosis was increased confusion/falls/and a history of TIAs. all is vitals were stable, his lungs clear, heartsounds fine, everything was great. they did a chest x-ray, and that came back normal. his UA CNS was amazing. the only thing that stuck out was is BUN was 24 and his creatinine was 26, obviously a little high. i even looked in the orders, and nothing was specified exactly why he was on 2 antibiotics.

any help on this one?
