How was it?
I don't want answers or anything, I am basically asking for an impression on the exam. Was it similar to the
GRE?
CCRN?
RN licensing exam?
Should I study? and if so what?
Thanks in advance.

The SEE exam is like your boards will be. We took it twice during school. I purposely did not study for either exam, as I felt taking it "cold" would help direct my study efforts in preparing for boards.

The SEE, self-evaluation exam, is designed to be similar to the certification exam. Use it as a guide to evaluate your areas of strengths and weaknesses. Study everything as if you were going to study for boards. Don't study as if you were taking boards on Friday but definitely look over physiology, pharmacology, clinical aspects of anesthesia, etc.

I did not study prior to taking it, like Kevin I wanted an idea of where I needed to focus my study.
As far as exams you have already taken it would be closer to the CCRN exam than any of the others.

The SEE exam is very, straightforward. Many of the questions can be answered by reading M/M. Like Kevin, I did not study for the exam, thinking that taking the exam cold would better identify areas of needed study. Good luck.
