I have friends in the phillipines who are CNA's, Nurses, LPN's, Physicians, P.T. & O.T. therapists who want to come to the united states but not sure if they have to pay a fee to agencies or not. Does anyone know who pay's for us?:

CNAs and LPNs are unable to get legal visas for the US, so they are subject to getting deported if going that route.

The others can work, but only with the proper visa and being petitioned or sponsored by an employer.

Usually any fee is paid by the employer, or the agency takes it from your pay; Physical Therapists are on hold at the moment from there due to cheating issues a couple of months ago with the licensing exam being held in Manila. And entry level now in the US is the Master's degree in Physical Therapy.

As an RN, it is going to be five years plus for a chance at a green card, that is the only option that you have.

there was no and never had exam venue for PT exam in manila its given only in Guam, the issue you wnat to point the review center that had some leakage issue. the NPTE is only given in the US territory.

Actually there was an exam held in your country for the Physical Therapists to get licensed for the US, not sure what exam specifically but it was offered there but is no longer.

What ever happened, it had to deal with Manila and all licensing for the US for those from Manila got put on hold because of this.
