Hi~I wanna ask if u join in a agency like all about staffing, UCI or CRI...ect.

so who pays you? the agency or the hospital? I'm curious.

Should I find a sponsorship on my own or ask some agencies to hlep me?

Please do not use text messaging here, since you are wishing to work in the US, and will be required to write the English exams, this is the best place for you to practice.

Now for your question:

If you are hired by an agency as their employee, then you will be paid by them, and that is the case with the ones that you have mentioned. You will not be an employee of the facility.

You are also looking for petitioning for the green card, it is not called sponsorship here. Also be aware that you are looking at probably about a five year wait for a chance at a green card, there is not one employer anywhere in the US that can guarantee that you will get one as they do not process them.

And with the retrogression in place, you are going to find it harder to get the process started. And pay very close attention to what the cancellation clause is in the contract once you sign it as it becomes legally binding and it can cost you upwards of $8000 US to get out of it even a few weeks later for some of them.

Please take the time to do some reading on this forum for much information that you need to have before you do a thing. Also be aware, that they cannot legally offer you a job until you have actually passed the CGFNS exam or the NCLEX-RN exam.
