I would say keep applying. I'm honestly surprised because all the specialties you mentioned I've see reports of nurses with restrictions having been employed .
I would consider giving yourself a deadline. If you feel no nursing jobs have come up by that deadline you might have to consider work outside of nursing in the interim. Sorry you're going through this.

Hello all, hoping someone may have some guidance here. I have applied to over 60 nursing positions in the past 4 weeks. From ER, ICU, Psych, Dialysis, Home Health, Hospice, SNFs....no one will hire me. Have crushed many interviews, and when I mention probation, the doors just close. My probation monitor is useless on help. Cited for "unprofessional conduct". 6 years of ER nursing under my belt.
I live in San Diego but will work anywhere in SoCal for the six (6) months to meet my probation terms.
