Who else wants to know about C.N.A. self employed?

I am currently a Certified Nurse Assistant at a behavioural medicine hospital and interested in exploring the field of CNA self employed entreneurship to its highest potential

I have leadership experience in training new staff for orientation, volunteered in a research project for performance improvement to reduce company cost and improve patient satisaction at my current job and worked as a certified nurse assistant for over five years, I have no direct management experience; however, through my social media marketing and research abilities, I am intrigued by the entrepreneurship process in health care.
