Who else is having a problem renewing their license in Florida?

I am helping my mom renew her Fl, RN license. Apparently, they have a new system for renewals and whatever online. Her CEU is complete and shes ready to renew but we cant renew it because there is some kind of flaw to their new system and it wouldnt let her renew. Being that I am computer savvy, she asked me for help. We have called and contacted their support service and they are not helpful at all. They email back but the only thing they say is " your user and password is..." but that isnt the problem... the problem is more technical like to renew, you are sent to their new website and make a new account but it wouldnt let her add her license information, so she cant go through the last part of the renewal process.They always email after we contact but theyre message is always, litterally, about username and password nothing pertaining to the problem. we already know the username and password the problem was that there's a flaw within the system and theyre not fixing it.

Its frustrating. This would usually take minutes, but we've been at it for weeks. Now, she cant work until its renewed.

I am having problems with their horrible CE broker site too. They never answer the helpline andtheir canned email responses show that they never actually read the questions ypu email to them. I am about to just take all the dambed CEU paper certificates and my CMSRN Board Certifjcation and drive to Tallahassee to do it in person. I hate computers sometimes and what they have done to Nursing since I started in the 90s.
