Who has an assistant?

I work for a 500 student k-2 and have multiple tube feeds, catheters, diabetics, you name it. There was talk of getting me an assistant! :) I know the budget will never allow that but was wondering who all here has an assistant during the week? No one in our district does but I know neighboring districts that have employed CMT/CNAs!
