Certain brands of white scrubs are not transparent, such as Urbane and Koi.
When I'm wearing white scrubs that are somewhat thin or transparent, I wear a pair of black panties underneath. Since I am an African-American with a medium complexion, the dark underwear minimizes the appearance of a panty line and creates a seamless look.
Caucasian, Asian and light-skinned Hispanic nurses can achieve the same seamless look by wearing flesh-colored panties under their white scrubs.

Roger that. You have no idea how often I see nursing students that I can tell are wearing red/blue/patterned underwear...or worse, NO underwear at all.
Even if they're not transparent or thin scrubs, I'd still stick with white or flesh-colored (whatever color that is being based on the wearer's skin tone) undergarments underneath. You'd be surprised how much colored undergarments can show through.

Any tips or tricks for those who are brave enough to wear white scrubs. I have a pair I wore for graduation and don't want to waste them but they were somewhat transparent
