White Memorial New Grad Program - August 2016 Cohort

Published

Hi everyone,

I'm new to allnurses.com and I was unable to find this topic under new graduate programs, so if it has been posted already, I apologize and would appreciate if someone could redirect me to the forum.

I submitted my application last night, via the Adventist Health website. However, the requirements state that you also need to include two letters of reference from a nursing school instructor, an essay describing your professional goals for the next five years, an unofficial transcript, and a professional resume. I didn't see a place to attach these documents, but I did notice that they said "Additional documents can also be emailed to [email protected]". Would I e-mail them there?

Has anyone else completed the application? My concern is that maybe I missed it on the application. Unfortunately, you can't go back and edit.

Thank you in advance for any help anyone can give me!

Wow!! That was a nerve wrecking interview! Before I started the interview it says it's due in 9 days. I guess we have to wait another 9 working days to hear from them.

I agree, I finally did it too.

Did anyone else feel absolutely horrible after the digital interview?

I did. I was so nervous. If I were to watch the videos I'd be so embarrassed. LOL

Imagine watching the videos as the recruiters of us stumbling over the questions lol I would feel bad for us

They probably get a kick out of watching how silly we look. Lol

Has anyone heard back yet or know the timeline of everything?

I did my video interview last Monday and I haven't heard back yet. But, at the time, it said that I had nine days to complete the interview. I'm assuming WMMC is reviewing the submissions. Hoping they'll get back to us end of this week or next week.

Hi all! I wanted to keep you updated- I spoke with human resources and she said that this week is nurses week for the hospital and the recruiters are a huge part of it. She said to expect to hear back late next week (Wednesday-Friday). Hope that helps!

Thank you! :)

Has anyone heard back yet? A friend of mine did, but she has her license already and I'm wondering if they take preference over those who already have their license?
