How hard it is to work while going to school has less to do with whether it is an ADN or a BSN program and more to do with the program itself.
As far as whether to do an ADN or BSN in general... this is a conflict that most nurses have. A lot say an ADN is fine but in my experience you should definitely get a BSN. Nursing is already over saturated and you will need your resume to look as good as possible, I believe that a BSN helps a lot. Most hospitals prefer to hire nurses with a BSN.

I'm currently in my last 2 semesters of my bachelors degree in biology. I originally planned on going to Physical Therapy school, but a career in nursing has caught my attention. Should I go back for a ADN or try for an ABSN. I would like to start working as soon as possible, but I would like to learn as much as I can. I've read that its impossible to work while in an ABSN program.
