Which does one apply to... RN residency and fellowship?

I am an RN with dialysis experience and want to get into possibly ICU or ED. But I am confused on which program to apply to, as I am not a new grad; but then I do not have experience in ICU or ED so technically I am new?

I would appreciate any advice! Thank you.
