Hi!
Sorry this is really late, but most CEGEPs require a minimum of 75% for chemistry and math TS or SN (SN is preferred). The application process is pretty simple, but for your letter of intent don't forget to include previous volunteering experience as that is what they really look for (so I've been told by my academic advisers). I hear that John Abbott is good, but it's very intense and you don't really have much of life outside of school. I chose Champlain College (which is on the south shore of Montreal) because I've heard some pretty good things and their simulation lab seems pretty good.

Hello there,
I am a Vanier student. I graduated high school last year and I applied to Vanier and Dawson for nursing and was refused for both because my prerequisite grades were low. I plan on redoing my chemistry next semester (which was the main issue with both schools; Vanier said that all of my prerequisites were low) to improve my grades and possibly excel during my two semesters of college in social science (as well as taking psychology and biology courses). I was just curious to know answers to these questions:
1) Which English cegep is best for nursing studies?
2) If anybody knows, what exactly do Vanier and Dawson admissions put emphasis on for nursing?
