Hi! I'm studying for NCLEX-RN and I noticed that different books have their different laboratory values. It's kind of confusing. But I'm used to Saunders lab values, and I'm comfortable using it because I'm familiar with it already. For the people out there, what resource do you use for your lab values? Thank you!:)

NCLEX isn't as interested in absolutes, because they recognize that different texts and different labs use slightly different norms. If they give you a question that requires knowing an absolute norm, they'll give it to you.
Generally, however, they give you values that are outside of everybody's normal ranges enough to prompt your critical thinking about what could be wrong ... or inside them enough for you to recognize them as normals, and look for something else to consider in that question.
