Where to take the nclex exam better, in Philippines or in hawaii?

I have question please, me and my fiance are planning to get married in the philippines by next year and hopefully i can come to hawaii right after. I just want to ask where to take the exam better, is it in the Philippines, or in Hawaii? Im planning to take the exam in the Philippines while waiting for my petition to finish. Can i ask any of your idea to where can i take the exam more faster and better, will it be in Philippines or hawaii? I appreciate your suggestions! Thank you������

You may as well take the NCLEX in the Philippines whilst waiting for your petition to go through
