Where is my IV Certification :-(

U.S.A. California

So I took my LVN IV cert at a school that was listed on the BVNPT and now the school is no longer listed back in Jan 2012.

Its been just over 5 1/2 weeks since I mailed it out. Called BVNPT they dont even have a listing or a dial section for this area, let alone if I wanted to talk to an operator it just disconnects...

How long did you wait before you got results????

Should I be concerned that they are no longer listed? Do they even send a notice from the BVNPT that we received anything or did I just get hoodwinked for $300?

What is a BVNPT? Not sure if you are referring to the Board of Nursing? Did you contact them? Or is that the issue?

I did and they said they have not receivd a fax from the school which leads me to belive ive been frauded. Called school and they said we did are part sharply and blew me off. I cant belive this. :-( so sad. They said my other classmates got it and im in contact with my other classmates and they have not. Lieing. :-( and they just continue on saying "well ill try calling them again" but thats a lie. I can tell they told me to call the the dept of heatlh and gave me that BVNPT #... Im sick to my stomach. Just got ripped off. Im on phone with board to see if there even approved.

Wow. That's too bad. Do they have a physical address? Can you go up there and get a hard copy of the document? If they don't come through can you dispute the charge on your bank account?

Best to follow up with the Board.

Im not sure what I can dispute I put it on the Credit card but I wonder how I can fight it. I mean they scammed the whole thing from the ground up, but fail to send the real info because there not certified, ill try to explain to CC company.

Call your credit card company. They will have to prove to the credit card company that they did in fact provide a legitimate service and that they submitted the forms (with verification) to BVNPT. Credit card companies take this very seriously. You could also involve the BBB and whatever accrediting agency oversees the school.
