Where to I find Lisa Erands notes???

When I Google search Lisa Erands I get NOTHING. I read a million posts saying to buy her notes on ebay, but when I search for Lisa Erands on ebay I get 0 results found. I really want to do well on my NC exams and these notes sound great. Please can someone tell me where to find them?!?

Also, how do I get an excelsior study guide??? I have the content exam but i keep hearing about a study guide?? Please someone help me.
