Where to find the Oh so Tachy button?

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I remember a few months ago that someone had a little avitar picture next to their name that was a pin on button that said "Oh, that's tachy" or something like that and then had a picture of V-tach. I think it was one of the moderators, or at least a frequent flyer around here. I was hoping to find those somewhere and possibly get them for our unit. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I remember that too. I am not sure who had it either.
