Try allhearts.com. I know that sometimes ppl have complained about them taking a bit to deliver but I got alot of stuff from them with no complaints.

Also, your school should have a setup from vendors when school starts. We had an opportunity to get uniforms and all the other necessities on the first day.:)

You can get them - all types, including Littmann, at Ulrich's Bookstore on campus at University of Michigan. Very competitive prices. The store is at Church and South University streets.

I ended up buying mine from www.allhearts.com too. When I called around it was cheaper to buy online with engraving than to buy them local.

Now I just have to hope I don't have a delivery nightmare as well.
