When taking AP I did it help to have Chem first

I was just wondering for those who have already taken AP I if it helped to have taken Chemistry first or if it is doable without taking Chem first?

Not for me it didnt. I took A&P last semester and did well. This semester I am taking chemistry which is harder for me. I think we had one chapter devoted to chemistry.
