When to send application package?

Hi,

this might be a stupid question, but is it OK to send applications now, even though the deadline is the July 1-st? Or is it preferred to send it closer to the deadline?

i would think it would be ok to send it in as long as you have filled it out completely! at the school i'm applying to they didn't want you to send in the application w/ out your transcript b/c they are going to start a file for you and they won't want to keep adding to your final....they only think that is required to send in w/out the application is the final transcript which doesn't come out til may and my app. was due today actually..lol!

good luck to you getting in! the waiting after you send it is torture...believe me i know b/c i'm still waiting!!!

Usually if the college has a deadline date, they usually also have a date in which apps can start being accepted. It is perfectly fine to send in apps early during the official filing period. All apps accepted during the filing period will be in consideration for the appropiate semester. Good Luck!

I would call and ask. At my school applications are only accepted May 1st-June 1st.
