Sorry you haven't gotten more responses.
What type of MSN do you have? If it's a 'generalist' degree, it may not add much value in terms of career potential unless you also have a specialty certification. If you have that combo, you should have a lot of options - at least in my part of the country.
What direction of career growth sounds the most exciting for you?

This is my first post and I'm new to this.
I'm just wondering if anyone out there feels "lost" in their nursing career. I feel like I'm having a mid-life nursing crisis.
I've worked in the hospital for 12 years, 4.5 as a NICU nurse after gEttinger my ADN in 2011. I loved being an NICU nurse but left a year ago for an 8-5 in hopes of a better working environment.
I went back to school and now have a BSN and will graduate in May with my MSN. With all this I don't feel like there is more out there. I've been seriously considering travel nursing but am a single mom of a 12 year old and have read many posts on here regarding the complications of moving every 13 weeks.
Any advice, insight, or ideas.
