Up to 9.52 ml per second under pressure depending on the length and diameter of the catheter. A typical 5F can do 3.02 mL/s according to this study, which would theoretically allow for a 500 mL bolus to be delivered in 166 seconds, were it necessary.
Note that this is just one study and not standards of practice.
