What's your employers policy for referral bounses?

Hi, I'm an LPN currently working in long term care with accute care experance. I'm looking for a new job (evenings) but I know that solicitations are not allowed here, so I wont ask that question. :rolleyes: But I will ask if your in the greater St. Louis area (St. Charles perfered) if your employer has a refferal bounus program where you get paid if you get a friend hired on, and if so, would anyone like to be my friend?:balloons: :) :balloons:
