What's Better for NICU?

My long term goal is to get to working in NICU, I was offered three jobs: ICU, L&D, and postpartum and unfortunately was turned down as a New Grad to the NICU. I want to know which position would give me better experience for NICU and which if those three positions would help as a stepping stone to the NICU?

L&D would be most relevant of the choices. Can you move? There are hospitals that hire new grads into the NICU (mine does).
