I plan on retaking it 5-6 months from now.Thats should be ample time to thoroughly prepare for it right( boost my vocab especially!)? Is there a refresher website for Physics and verbal/reading comprehension?

Get the book and study it!
I took it out from the library b/c i didnt feel like paying for it (i think its about $30 or so, and they have it at Borders, also).
I read the book from cover to cover and did all of the practice tests. I only studied it for about a week and my score was in the 98th percentile and composite was a 141.
when i first started doing the practice tests, it was much lower from self grading, but it really did prepare me for the test.
Make sure you get the right book--- not the Barrons one or anything, but specifically the "NLN RN entrance exam Book" (something like that).
Good luck!
Im not sure what your past experience is, but i honestly couldn't see needing more than a month to study for it. I didnt have the best vocabulary either, but got 99% on math, and 98% on science, and that seemed to matter more.

One thing I did was make multiple photocopies of the exams in the study guide, set my kitchen timer and tried to finish everything in the alloted time. What ever I missed I tried to study and find other resources like it to practice.
I'm awful at math, so i found supplementary books at the bookstore and library to help. My two favorates
No Fear math and Painless Fractions
I also made myself get comfortable with doing calculations as quickly as I could with no calculator.
Hope this helps and good luck!
