]hello all you wonderful nurses,

]i am a nursing student and i was wondering what is the best stethoscope and bp cuff to buy. i dont care about price, i just want your opinion about which ones are the easiest to use and the highest quality and maybe where to get one. thanks for your input

I have an UltraScope. I love it, LOVE IT! Plus it's cute. You can pick the color of the tubing & the design of the bell. Ok, seriously you can hear through dressings, blankets, clothing! I have never had any problems with it except with peds. We don't see very many peds in our ED & have a community peds stethoscope. I think it was around $99.00. You can just google ultrascope or go to Life Uniform & see if you like it first. Then you can pick up the fun colors & designs if you decide to order one! ;)

Me too!! Love my ultrascope and get more comments on it that I would have ever imagined. I have a yellow smiley face one. Wouldn't trade it for the world. As far as the cuff, I spent about 35$ on it from Scrubs and Beyond and have not had any problems with it at all,
