Hello everyone!
I just would like to hear everyone's opinion regarding my query. I am a little confused and needs enlightenment whether to first pursue NCLEX-RN or have a solid experience at a hospital?
Thank you. Your comments are very much appreciated.

do you have any strong chance of getting a legal paper to work in the US?
can you get that even without a hospital experience?
if you answer NO to both, then go get a nursing experience first. Its gonna be one of your strong asset.
if you answer YES to both, take NCLEX.

Experience.
If you're American or a US immigrant, take it. If not, don't. There's no use for the NCLEX if you can't get the job. So many US nurses can't even get an interview.
Good luck :)

hi newborn. in my opinion, i think it would be better if you will have a hospital experience first. after gaining your experience, you will have more options like taking the NCLEX and IeLTS then after passing those exams, you can now apply in any country that requires those exams and experience. another option after having your hospitl experince without taking the nclex/ielts exams is that you can apply for middle east or singapore or malaysia.
on the other hand, after taking the nclex, there is no other way for you but to have your hospital experience. and one more thing, before you can have an experience, your nclex/ielts will be expired, then it will be wasted. you need to take again the exams. like what happened to my friend.
most employers prefer that you must have an experience first, nclex/ielts will follow.
Thank you very much iamnomad, Doza, and greenridge01 for taking the time to share your thoughts. I am so much quickly enlightened. Yes, hospital experience first!
God bless us all!
