I have worked in many states and their scope of practice is frequently markedly different. What I would like to know ....What is your scope of practice? What is your Nurse Practice Act ? How easy is it for you to obtain this information and/or are you charged for this informatiom? I would like to see the differences and compare Nurse Practice Acts. What are your present nurse/patient ratios. What kind of orientation do you REALLY receive in a facility.
