Most of the New Grad programs in my area arent hiring until June/July, which is in about 3 to 4 months from now. What's a good way to keep learning while out of a job??

I'm expecting my first child next month and just waiting for the time when I can start applying to places!I did subscribe to a nursing journal, so I'll be reading those to keep myself busy. Maybe I should re read my review books??

How about working in a nursing home or rehab center while you wait for new grad programs to start? Or do you just want to wait until you are all settled with the baby?Good luck with your pregnancy!

Between looking for a job and cooking a baby you'll probably be plenty busy & you deserve the downtime! Good luck with everything!
