I will be applying to colleges this Fall and would like to earn my BSN.
I am most interested in UNC-CH (may not get accepted), UNC-W, UNC-C, UNC-G, ECU and I've even looked at USC-Columbia.
I liked ECU's campus the least but they seem to take the most holistic approach in being accepted into the actual nursing program (point system that looks at several factors). All the other schools are simply by highest GPA in your pre-req's.
What type of reputation do these schools have when looking for a job after graduation? Does one school offer an advantage over another? Basically, I am trying to find out if there is any ranking of NC Nursing programs, that would sway me one way or the other.
This is such an important decision and I appreciate any advice on choosing a school.

I cannot vouch for the others, but UNCG's program is exceptional and very few of my classmates were unemployed after graduation. More people even went into specialties like ED, ICU, L&D, and others than went into med/surg. No idea about the official ranking, but I had a fantastic experience there and would recommend it to anyone.
