What tools do you use to organize your day?

I have at least one job offer for a LTC and a few more options that look promising in LTC! :) I have heard from some friends who have done LTC that it teaches you how to manage time and organize your day. I am wondering if you use daily worksheets? Or what type of system you use or have made that helps you manage time. I have a daily worksheet that I developed for my hospital clinicals that worked very well. The front had slots for each patient with the hours, room for report, etc. On the back I put things to do, labs, etc. Of course, this was for a much smaller ratio. Do you have any suggestions or tools you'd be willing to share or email, for a similiar time management tool, but for a bigger ratio?Thanks for your suggestions!! :)
