What Telephone Triage Software are you using?

I work in an after hours pediatric call center, taking calls for about 100 pediatricians. Currently we are using Centramax to triage our calls and record the data. The current program is very old and out dated ( not windows based) and will soon not be supported by the company that originally produced it. I am wondering what other software programs are available and used by other triage departments. The hospital that I work for will not pay for a new 6 figure costing program. The system we use is Sharp Focus, a product for a company Healthline Systems. I am the coordinator for a call center. This system has been outdated but we recieved one upgrade because of a server being outdated, so our IT covered the cost. We are now looking into an updated version so our system communicates with our electronic health record. At present we have a work around which occurs in the offices we serve to have the triage placed on the EHR.
