If you resigned from a hospital as a new grad at the end of orientation, and at every interview you feel you can't say the true reason why ( FYI I had to for the sake of my lisence) and then come to learn that when the facilities you interview at are unable to obtain a reference because they refuse to respond...what would you do ??? What would you say.. at every interview ! PLEASE THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!
I was paranoid about references. I am getting call backs for positions:) based on references. It is policy to fax the requests to HR. Thank goodness.

i hate to ask this... but can you give me some tips on how to get interviewed? i'm going on to almost 1 year of applying, careerfairs, walk-ins.. etc.. and am now finally getting desperate.
Do you have experience? Are you a new grad? Fill me in ! I graduated in may 2011 and had my my first job in a hospital a few months after... I was fortunate. But the position I had for being a new grad I think is why I've been getting the interviews. You can pm me for advice with specific questions:)
