What’s the cut off for transferring courses in??

Hi all! I have done 14 classes with Straighterline and am transferring them in to Chamberlain! I had sent my transcripts in back in September when I wasn’t too sure if I would be wanting to go or not! Now I have done everything I need to (passion into purpose, transcripts, HESI, etc). My advisor said I’m set to have a decision by next Friday for the May 3rd start date. I got an email showing my “anticipated payment plan” and it has none of my transferred courses on it. Does anyone know if my classes will transfer in by my acceptance date or if they will accept them after I’ve been accepted? I’m not sure why none of them are on my sheet except for the fact that it may be a general sheet for the financial webinar. Has anyone dealt with this? Or transferred courses in after being accepted but before the start date of the classes?
