What are you required to disclose to the board?

Would a prospective nurse be required to disclose an extensive mental health history to the board?

I haven't required medication in years and it's controlled by therapy. I know I'm protected by HIPAA but I'm concerned that someone from my past may file a complaint out of spite (I've known some pretty shady characters) and they will discover that I did not report it.
