What is the Nurse-Patient ratio for L&D in South Carolina?

I have been searching for this answer but have been unable to find it. What is the nurse-to-patient ratio that is typical for L&D RNs in South Carolina? Is there even a ratio? Thank you.

It depends on the facility. All units should strive to follow AWHONN staffing guidelines, which is typically 1:1 in labor, unless they are cervical ripening, in which case 1:2 is appropriate.
