Loved this and thanks for posting the link!! NICU nursing is all that and more. I started in my first unit in 1969, have worked 13 units throughout the years, AND I still love what I do. Whether our patients live :) or die :crying2:, our caring and skill make a huge difference to the parents who love them. My career in this field has blessed me countless times and has always been worth the occasional heartbreak and difficult shift. :heartbeat
