I know exactly what you should do. You should discuss these symptoms with your Primary Care Provider. Only that person can do a thorough assessment, order blood tests, etc. that might diagnose the cause of your problem. Only after the cause is identified can a plan of care that fixes the problem be started.
Get yourself to your physician or nurse practitioner so that you can get a proper assessment and treatment. No stranger on the internet can adequately determine what the cause of your problem is -- and it is against the terms of service of this website.
Good luck to you.

Every single morning I feel not that well. No matter how long I sleep, my head is aching and I feel like I am in the fog and have no strength to concentrate. Who knows what should I do to feel better?
