Please excuse my ignorance, as I'm currently a pre-nursing student. :imbar Can someone please explain to me exactly what "magnet hospitals" are? I only know it involves some sort of certification process, but I would like to understand the specifics.
Thanks!

A Magnet Hospital is one that is so designated by the American Nurses Credentialing Center because it attracts nurses like a magnet.
The facilities listed below are Magnet facilities. You can click on the names of the facilities and go right to their online job application.
Got it! Thanks so much, guys! :)
