What is it like working on a cardiology floor?

I was wondering what it's like working on a cardiology unit at the hospital? What tends to be the nurse-patient ratio? What is the general activity level of the patient population (independent, 1 person assist, 2 person assist, total care)? What's the emphasis on nurses giving daily bed baths/showers and feeding patients?
