what exactly is travel nursing? What settings do travel nurses work in? Whp hires htem? How long are assignments?

1- I guess the work exactly has me a bit hesitant to answer. In a nutshell, Travel Nursing is when ou go more then a fifty mile radius from your home and work an assignment through an Agency or a Contract. There can be a lot more said on the subject but that is a good overview Tray researching the other threads here on the Travel Nursing Board and you will get a sense of the Travel Nursing diversity.

4-Usually 13 weeks or more but I have seen 4-6 weeks contracts.
