Job change

From what I've been told PCT are similar to CNA but they have additional education such as phlebotomy, and EKG along with their CNA certificate. I'm not sure if this is everywhere else but it is in my state . But they are basically CNAs that are trained in extra skills but I have met people that became PCTs by learning those same skills on their hospital job .

Hi Everyone I'm current a CMA and I would like to work in the hospital to gain experience before nursing school, the job I currently work say I can work in the hospital as a medical assistance, so my question is what is the different between a PCT and a Medical Assistance.
