What do I do after CGFNS for Texas

Hey guys I just graduated this year in the Philippines. I am waiting for my CGFNS to finish reviewing and evaluating my transcript. Right now the status is Ready for Review. After that do they send it straight to Texas? Am I supposed to apply for the application to take the NCLEX in texas? I am so confused.

Before Texas makes a decision on sitting the NCLEX you need to send them application to sit exam. They will match it to your CES report and review your file
