What does HWI stand for?

Hey,

I'm a first year NS and I cant seem to find anywhere what HWI stands for. The Kardex said Left Food HWI.

The nurses at the hospital arnt very helpful and didnt have the time to tell me =(

this is why JCAHO is trying to prevent us all from abbreviating - interpretations get sent to "committee" and the one person who knows what they really meant to say is not on the committee. Clarification is in order and if the same person continually is the culprit I would hound them till they learned to write clearly.
