I know that you need at least a year's experience, but I was just wondering what other things will hospitals look for/find more appealing on your resume? I'm not even in nursing school yet, and am trying to get an Advanced CNA, but I wanted to know what other things I can do to make my future application look good when I become an R.N. (clubs, volunteering, idk .)

what is an advanced CNA??
Experience in patient care and NCLEX is all that I think really helps. That and how you present yourself in the interview. They want you to be willing to ask questions, be proactive about your education, work well with others.
I don't think clubs matter much. CNA experience with patient's is more helpful.
To be honest, I have no clue if that's an actual title. My school offers this advanced cna completion with phlebotomy and electrocariography. I don't know if all cna classes offer that or what. I'm kinda lost with everything lol.
