What does a Graduate Nurse get to do?

Ok, crazy question I know. I am coming up on graduation and have been looking for jobs to apply for and some hospitals have Graduate Nurse positions available. Does did mean more orientation? Or working one on one with another preceptor? Just trying to see if this is a better oppurtunity to try for than just applying for a "regular" RN job.

My state doesn't recognize graduate nurses (my understanding of that term is a nurse who has graduated but hasn't taken their boards yet).....so around here, all a graduate nurse is allowed to do is take their boards :0)
