What is going on with the Texas board of nursing

Am really getting frustrated with the Texas Board of Nursing. I applied for an APRN license a month ago and no update from them. It's impossible to get anyone to answer my questions.  Has anyone recently gotten their license and how long did it take ?

I'm not in Texas, but even in non-Covid times a simple RN renewal takes more than a month, are you expecting an application for a new APRN license (as opposed to a renewal) to take less than a month when their offices are in limited capacity due to a pandemic?
