What is on employer skill test for LVN?

I am returning to work after 2 yrs absence.

I have a lot of work experience in acute care, skilled and home health.

Employer I have worked with in past - a staffing agency- is asking I take a skill test again.

What is on skills tests? It has been so long don't remember.

I have been studying drug calculations mostly.

any information I will be so grateful!

I took a skills test for Maxim. Basically, it is questions with different scenarios and you need to pick the right answer. A majority of the questions dealt with certain IV preparations that I, as an IV certified LPN, didn't have to deal with and they said that was alright. Good luck...don't worry about it though. I was out of work for 13 years and breezed through the skills test.
