Hi there,
I transferred from a community college to UCLA and also got into CSULA and SDSU, and I can say you have a really good chance of getting into good programs. It is very competitive, if you want to strengthen your application, and if you have time, I would also try to get an MA or CNA certification and/or some healthcare work experience. If you have some leadership experience in your community, it can help more. I wouldn't worry much and just focus on your essays if some require it for their application, and make sure you have all the prerequisites. If you have any more questions, I'd be happy to help. I have also been mentoring pre-nursing students. if you prefer a Zoom call, you can connect with me through this Google form:Â https://tinyurl.com/4xfyjsvn
Good luck:)Â

Hello everyone, I'm a pre-nursing student in California with the following stats:
4.0 GPA, 90.7 TEAS, < 50 hrs of healthcare exp 😞, no second language proficiency, am in the Bay Area. I also likely won't get any points for background other than local points. What are my chances of getting into the following schools?
Fresno State, Sac State, SJSU, SFSU, CSU Fullerton, Chico State, CSUEB, SDSU, USFCA (private)Â
If anyone has any insight, please let me know! I'm so nervous!Â
